How we calculate the subsidy
What counts is your pump’s actual consumption, not your whole bill. We calculate the cost of energy used for heating as the product of two values:
Heat pump reading
The amount of energy (kWh) used by the pump during the heating season — as the difference in the pump’s meter readings between the start and end of the period, confirmed by a report or a screenshot from the control system.
Cena jednostkowa energii
The gross price per 1 kWh from your bill — calculated as the total gross amount of the bill divided by the number of kWh for the period.

- Purchase as a consumer, outside of business activity.
- One subsidy per one pump installed at one address.
- The promotion cannot be combined with other IGLOO promotions relating to the heat pump.

How it works
- During the promotion period (22.06–22.08.2026) you conclude a purchase contract for an IGLOO MultiTherma heat pump and accept the terms.
- You pay in full for the unit in line with the contract terms.
- Installation and start-up of the pump on the agreed date — confirmed by a start-up (acceptance) report.
- After each heating season (1 Nov – 30 Mar) you collect Pump reading and energy bills together with proof of payment.
- Within 30 dni of the end of the season (by 29 April) you send the documents and transfer details.
- After verification, IGLOO refunds 70% of the cost to your bank account — and so for 3 seasons of heating.

Czy to dofinansowanie publiczne, jak Czyste Powietrze?
No. It is a private IGLOO promotion financed solely from its own funds. It is not linked to public programmes (Czyste Powietrze, Mój Prąd, NFOŚiGW) or to European Union funds, and does not constitute state aid.
How much can I get back?
70% of electricity costs zużytej przez pompę na ogrzewanie domu, maksymalnie 3 000 zł za sezon grzewczy, przez 3 kolejne sezony po uruchomieniu — łącznie do 9 000 zł.
Jak liczycie koszt energii?
As the product of: the number of kWh used by the pump during the season (the pump meter reading) and the gross unit price of energy from your bill (the gross bill amount divided by the number of kWh). We refund 70% of that amount.
In what form do you pay the subsidy?
As a refund to your bank account, after the submitted documents have been verified.
Who can take part in the promotion?

When and how do I settle it?
After each heating season, within 30 days (by 29 April), you send the pump reading, copies of energy bills with proof of payment and your transfer details. IGLOO verifies the documents and processes the refund.

Full text of the terms of the „70% subsidy towards energy costs — IGLOO MultiTherma heat pump” promotion.
§ 1. General provisions
1. Organizatorem promocji jest IGLOO Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Stary Wiśnicz 289, 32-720 Nowy Wiśnicz, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców KRS pod numerem 0000822253, prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia w Krakowie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS, NIP: 8681976604, REGON: 385251376, kapitał zakładowy: 7 500 000 zł, zwana dalej „Organizatorem". 2. The promotion is run under the name „70% subsidy towards energy costs — IGLOO MultiTherma heat pump”, hereinafter the „Promotion”.
3. The Promotion is a private promotional campaign of the Organiser, financed solely from the Organiser’s own funds. The Promotion is not linked to any public-funding programme (in particular „Czyste Powietrze”, „Mój Prąd”, NFOŚiGW) or to European Union funds, and does not constitute state aid.
4. The Promotion is not a game of chance, a promotional lottery or any other gambling game within the meaning of the Act of 19 November 2009 on gambling — the right to take part in the Promotion does not depend on chance, but solely on meeting the conditions set out in the Terms.
5. The Promotion applies within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
6. Duration of the Promotion (the period in which the contract covered by the Promotion must be concluded): from 22 June 2026 to 22 August 2026 inclusive.
7. The Promotion is addressed to private individuals who are owners or co-owners of single-family residential buildings, purchasing the unit as consumers (outside of business activity).
§ 2. Definitions
- Heat pump — the IGLOO MultiTherma heat pump offered by the Organiser.
- Start-up — the first start-up and handover of the Heat pump for operation, confirmed by a start-up (acceptance) report.
- Heating season — the period from 1 November to 30 March immediately following the Start-up of the Heat pump (the first such period after the Start-up).
- Reading — the amount of electricity (in kWh) used by the Heat pump during the Heating season, determined as the difference in the Heat pump’s meter (energy-consumption recorder) readings between the start and end of the Heating season, confirmed by a report or a screenshot from the Heat pump control system.
- Bill — an invoice or bill for electricity for the metering point in the building where the Heat pump was installed, covering the Heating season; used to determine the unit price of electricity.
- Subsidy — a monetary benefit of the Organiser referred to in § 4, transferred to the Participant’s bank account within 7 days of delivery of the complete set of documents.
- Participant — a person meeting the conditions of § 1(7) who has joined the Promotion in accordance with the Terms.
§ 3. Conditions of participation
1. A Participant in the Promotion may be a person who jointly:
- a) during the Promotion concludes with the Organiser (directly or through the Organiser’s authorised commercial partner) a contract to purchase the Heat pump,
- b) makes full payment for the unit in accordance with the contract terms,
- c) carries out the installation and Start-up of the Heat pump on the date agreed with the Organiser,
- d) accepts these Terms.
2. Only consumers (individual customers) may take part in the Promotion. The Promotion does not cover purchases made in connection with business activity.
3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns of the Organiser relating to the Heat pump.
4. One Participant may receive one Subsidy in respect of one Heat pump installed at one address.
§ 4. Rules and amount of the monetary benefit
1. Uczestnik, który spełni warunki § 3, otrzyma świadczenie pieniężne w postaci zwrotu 70% of electricity costs zużytej przez Pompę ciepła do ogrzewania budynku mieszkalnego Uczestnika — odrębnie za pierwszy, drugi i trzeci Okres grzewczy następujący po Uruchomieniu — nie więcej jednak niż 3 000 zł za każdy z tych okresów.
2. Koszt energii elektrycznej zużytej przez Pompę ciepła ustala się jako iloczyn: a) ilości energii (w kWh) wynikającej z Odczytu Pompy ciepła za Okres grzewczy oraz b) ceny jednostkowej energii elektrycznej brutto (zł/kWh) wynikającej z Rachunku Uczestnika; cenę jednostkową ustala się jako iloraz łącznej kwoty brutto Rachunku oraz łącznej liczby kWh wykazanej na Rachunku za ten okres.
3. Jeżeli kwota stanowiąca 70% kosztu za dany okres przekroczy 3 000 zł, Uczestnik otrzyma świadczenie pieniężne w wysokości 3 000 zł.
4. The Organiser takes into account only Bills issued to the Participant, relating to the metering point in the building where the Heat pump was installed, covering the Heating season and paid by the Participant. If a bill was issued for a period longer than the Heating season, it is settled proportionally.
5. The Subsidy is paid as a refund to a bank account within 7 days of delivery of the complete set of documents.
§ 5. Procedura rozliczenia
1. After the end of the Heating season, the Participant sends the Organiser: a) the Heat pump reading for the Heating season (a report or a screenshot from the control system), b) copies of the Bills for the Heating season together with proof of payment, c) the data necessary to make the refund to a bank account.
2. The documents must be delivered within 30 days of the end of the given Heating season, i.e. by 29 April following that season.
3. The Organiser verifies the documents and makes the refund for the given Heating season within 30 days of receiving the complete set of correct documents.
§ 6. Podatek dochodowy
1. The Subsidy constitutes a prize related to a bonus sale within the meaning of the personal income tax regulations.
2. Wartość Dofinansowania korzysta ze zwolnienia od podatku dochodowego do kwoty 2 000 zł (art. 21 ust. 1 pkt 68 ustawy o PIT). W zakresie, w jakim wartość Dofinansowania przekracza kwotę zwolnioną, Organizator — jako płatnik — nalicza i odprowadza 10% zryczałtowany podatek dochodowy (art. 30 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy o PIT), powiększając Dofinansowanie o dodatkową kwotę przeznaczoną na pokrycie tego podatku w taki sposób, aby Uczestnik nie ponosił z tego tytułu dodatkowych kosztów.
§ 7. Complaints
1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted in writing to the Organiser’s address or electronically to mt@igloo.pl.
2. A complaint should include the Participant’s name, correspondence address, email address, telephone number and a description of the issues raised.
3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of receipt, and the Organiser’s decision will be communicated to the Participant in writing or electronically.
4. Use of the complaints procedure is voluntary and does not exclude or limit the Participant’s rights under the law, including the right to pursue claims in court and to use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims (including the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
§ 8. Dane osobowe
1. Administratorem danych osobowych Uczestników jest Organizator: IGLOO Sp. z o.o., Stary Wiśnicz 289, 32-720 Nowy Wiśnicz, kontakt: mt@igloo.pl. Kontakt z Inspektorem Ochrony Danych: iod@igloo.pl.
2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of: a) running the Promotion and verifying the conditions of participation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), b) handling complaints (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), c) fulfilling the Organiser’s legal obligations — tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), d) establishing, pursuing or defending claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. The scope of the data processed includes, in particular: name, address, energy metering-point address, contact details and data arising from the Bills.
4. The data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Organiser in running the Promotion (including IT service providers, accounting and postal/courier service providers) and authorities entitled under the law.
5. The data will be stored for the duration of the Promotion and its settlement, and then for the period required by law (in particular tax law) and until the limitation periods for claims expire (up to 6 years).
6. The Participant has the right to access their data, rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to object, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to take part in the Promotion and receive the Subsidy.
8. The data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
§ 9. Final provisions
1. The Terms are available at the Organiser’s registered office and on the website https://multitherma.com/.
2. The Organiser may amend the Terms only for important reasons (a change in the law, a change in the terms of service of cooperating entities, the need to correct obvious errors). An amendment will not infringe the acquired rights of Participants or worsen the conditions of participation for those who joined the Promotion before the amendment took effect. The Organiser will announce any amendment on the website.
3. Matters not governed by the Terms are subject to Polish law.
4. The Terms come into force on 22 June 2026.
