Step-by-step process
Six steps to a completed installation
Consultation
Call, email or fill in the form. A customer service specialist will carry out a short interview about your home and needs.
Sizing and quote
Based on the interview — and, if needed, an energy audit — our engineers size the pump and design the boiler-room solution. You receive a preliminary quote with a price guarantee, no hidden costs and information on available subsidies.
Contract with no deposit
We sign a mutual contract for the installation. No deposit or down payment — payment is made only on installation day.
Installation
The manufacturer’s installation team arrives on the agreed date — on average within 14 days of finalising. The installation usually takes a single day, with no mess left behind.
Handover and warranty
After the system is commissioned, you receive an installation report and a completed warranty card. We register the pump in our system and activate the IGLOO Care™ warranty.
Subsidy
If you use a subsidy, we gather the full set of documents and help you submit the application to the institution responsible for the programme.

How long does the whole process take, from contact to installation?
We install on average within 14 days of finalising the arrangements, and the installation itself usually takes a single day. The pace depends on sizing the unit, any audit and a date that suits you.
Are the consultation and quote chargeable?
No. The consultation with a specialist and the preliminary quote are free and with no obligation. You decide whether to move on to the next stage.
Do I have to pay a deposit when signing the contract?
We do not take deposits or down payments. Payment is made only on installation day, and your quote comes with a price guarantee and no hidden costs.
Who carries out the installation?
The installation is carried out by IGLOO’s own fitters across the country. This ensures the work complies with the warranty conditions and gives you direct manufacturer support.
Do you help obtain a subsidy?
Yes. If you use a subsidy, we gather the necessary documents and help you submit the application to the relevant institution. We tell you about available programmes already at the quote stage.
What do I receive once the installation is finished?
You receive an installation report and a completed warranty card. We register the pump in our system, which activates the IGLOO Care™ warranty (25 years on the casing, 10 years on the compressor, 5 years on components).
