How many years of warranty does the IGLOO MultiTherma heat pump have?
MultiTherma heat pumps are covered by the IGLOO Care™ warranty programme: 25 years on the Magnelis® steel outdoor unit casing, 10 years on the compressor and 5 years on the remaining components, counted from the start-up of the installation.
What is the IGLOO Care™ warranty programme?
IGLOO Care™ is a manufacturer’s warranty programme that gives the heat pump’s key components extended protection, together with nationwide service support and a Polish spare-parts warehouse. It is a commitment to the unit’s reliability for years to come.

We make the outdoor unit casings from metal-coated Magnelis® steel — a material with exceptional corrosion resistance. As a result they stay durable even in harsh weather, which lets us give them a 25-year warranty.
When does the warranty period start?
The warranty period is counted from the start-up of the heat pump installation. Installation by IGLOO’s own fitters ensures the work complies with the warranty conditions.
Does the warranty cover service and spare parts?
Yes. Under IGLOO Care™ we provide nationwide service support, a fast response to requests and a Polish spare-parts warehouse, which shortens any repair times and reduces system downtime.
Are inspections required to keep the warranty valid?
We recommend an annual system inspection — it keeps the pump in optimal condition and extends its lifespan. The detailed warranty terms and scope of inspections are agreed during the consultation.
